How do I prepare a backing track for vocal recording?
There are two approaches:
- Prepare the track with space for the vocal
- Prepare a version with a guide melody for the recording session
Both versions must match in length. The track should ideally be in WAVE 44.1kHz, 16-bit stereo format - MP3 is also acceptable.
